We have designed our site to show the colors, gloss levels and textures to be as life-like as possible.  However, please understand the actual look of the piece may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.  We cannot guarantee these variables due to different screen resolutions, viewing devices, and other settings outside of our control.  If you have any reservations please reach out to us, via the Contact UP section below.

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.  All orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks of purchase.

 

All products are made-to-order especially for you, thus can have little resell value.  Due to this, any item ordered is non-refundable.  The only exceptions to this would be if there are incorrect handlings from our side or if your product arrives damaged.  If either case is true please contact us through the website or at (502) 509-2776, within 30 days of delivery, in order for us to make it right.

1. Keep away from pacemakers.

2. Powerful magnets can hurt your fingers.

3. Not for children, parental supervision required.

4. All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly can last a lifetime.

5. If damaged please dispose of completely. Shards are still magnetized and if swallowed can inflict serious damage.

 

If you prefer to NOT utilize the magnets, for ANY reason, please place a note on the order to that effect.  We will simply drill countersunk holes into the piece where screws can be inserted in order to secure the item to the wall.  In addition to this, we will paint the screws to match the finish of the piece, thus mitigating their appearance.  And lastly, we will provide ¼” nylon spacers so that the piece will be distanced from the wall as if you mounted the piece using the magnets.
